Payment Methods
Cash payment is available.
Credit card payments are available with a 20% processing fee.
The maximum amount per transaction is ¥50,000.
If your total payment exceeds ¥50,000, the payment will be split into multiple transactions.
The 20% processing fee applies to the total amount paid by credit card. Splitting the payment into multiple transactions does not add an extra 20% fee for each transaction.
We will confirm the payment method, applicable processing fee, and total amount before your reservation is finalized.
Staying in Hakone or Odawara?
Transportation within Hakone is FREE.
Transportation within Odawara is FREE.
Staying Somewhere Else?
Service may also be available in other areas.
Availability and transportation fees depend on the location.
For bookings to distant areas, we may ask for a partial advance payment as a deposit to help prevent last-minute cancellations. The amount and payment method will be explained before your reservation is confirmed.
